During my stay, I encountered both highs and lows. The hotel had comfortable and clean rooms, and the indoor pool area was a nice touch. However, there were issues with service and the breakfast options were limited. While the free public shuttle to the ski area was convenient, the hotel's location had some drawbacks as it required a bit of walking.

My stay in Winter Park was pretty average. While the room had good sound insulation and some comfort, it was a bit overpriced overall. The atmosphere was soured by an unpleasant smell in my room and unsatisfactory service, particularly from the housekeeper. I appreciated the quiet environment but found that allergy sufferers might struggle here. There's potential with the space, but it definitely needs more attention to cleanliness and guest experience.

I had a great experience at Trailhead Inn during our recent ski weekend! The hotel is well maintained and offers a welcoming atmosphere. The beds were super comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness overall. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, and the pool closing early was a bit of a bummer.
